• Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR programs.
• Oversee performance management processes to foster employee growth and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the Austrian jurisdiction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is €50,000 to €75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
